100 Merkins (10x Merkins/Plank)
200 LBC’s (20x LBC’s/6″ leg hold)
300 Squats (25x Squats/Squat Hold

1st & 10’s –
Mosey to the end of NBGCC driveway.
11’s (10 Merkins, 1 burpee; sprint 90 yards, mosey back to next tree)
Rinse and repeat until 11’s are completed
Plank hold for Six, then mosey to Hill

Partner Up –
1) P1 – 2x Backwards Run, P2 – Copperhead Squats
2) P1 – Bear Crawl, P2 – Sumo’s
3) P1 – Crawl Bear, P2 – Lunges
