- Straight into Shoulder Taps x 10 IC
- Straight into Raised Leg Merkins x 10 IC
- Overhead Press x 10 IC
- Carolina Dry Docks x 10 IC
- Plank with Leg Extensions
Moved to the side of the parking lot for
- 5 Iron Mikes followed by Lieutenant Dans to Front parking grid
- 5 Iron Mikes and 10 Squat Jumps followed by Lieutenant Dans to Next Parking Grid.
- 5 IM, 10 SJ, 15 Skaters Followed by LD’s to End.
- 5 IM, 10 SJ, 15 Skaters, 20 Sumo Squats. Walked back to the beginning and rinse and repeated.
- Walked back to the beginning for 2nd set of Plank exercises.
Mosey under the club for
- 1 minute Wall Sit
- Dirty Hook-ups x 10 IC
- Australian Mountain Climbers x 10 IC
- Pickle Pointers with elevated feet on wall x 20 IC
- Ascending Testicles Plank, 20 degrees, 45 degrees then BTW and back down the same way.
- Lap around the club and rinse and repeat.
Mosey back to the parking lot for Mary.
