A group of 23 men showed up on a warm Veterans Day to get better.

Warm-A-Rama

  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Baseball Stretch
  • Down Dog Achilles Stretch into Up Dog Back Stretch
  • Plank into Side Plank Merkins x 10 IC
  • Straight into Shoulder Taps x 10 IC
  • Straight into Raised Leg Merkins x 10 IC
  • Overhead Press x 10 IC
  • Carolina Dry Docks x 10 IC
  • Plank with Leg Extensions

Moved to the side of the parking lot for

  • 5 Iron Mikes followed by Lieutenant Dans to Front parking grid
  • 5 Iron Mikes and 10 Squat Jumps followed by Lieutenant Dans to Next Parking Grid.
  • 5 IM, 10 SJ, 15 Skaters Followed by LD’s to End.
  • 5 IM, 10 SJ, 15 Skaters, 20 Sumo Squats.  Walked back to the beginning and rinse and repeated.
  • Walked back to the beginning for 2nd set of Plank exercises.

Mosey under the club for

  • 1 minute Wall Sit
  • Dirty Hook-ups x 10 IC
  • Australian Mountain Climbers x 10 IC
  • Pickle Pointers with elevated feet on wall x 20 IC
  • Ascending Testicles Plank, 20 degrees, 45 degrees then BTW and back down the same way.
  • Lap around the club and rinse and repeat.

Mosey back to the parking lot for Mary.

  • Slow Freddy Mercury’s x 20 IC
  • American Hammers x 10 IC
  • 007’s
