Shh, Don’t Let Them Hear Us- 30 second plank

Oh no, more Zombies- 30 seconds running around the gathered circle

Jump Over the Graves- 10 Tuck Jumps (imaginary grave to jump over)

 

Bucket Run Family Shuttle- buckets and legos (poor instructions by YHC, apologies)

K- Kneeling kick backs

I- Inchworms relay with family

N- Narrow squat- feet close together
