Backblast- Backing into the Weekend

A group of 16 came together this morning for some work.  After welcoming FNG Scott (now Cotter), we took a quick lap, followed by:

Imperial Walkers x 10 IC, Mountain Climbers x 10 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Merkens x 10 IC and Michael Phelps x 10 IC.

We partnered up in the field beside the Gazebo.  Partner 1 did 10 Merkens then Chilcutt.  Partner 2 ran to the Gazebo, did 4-8 Pull-ups (Butterball may have done 17-20), then ran back and flap-jacked.  This cycle was done a total of 5 times.

We then wheelbarrowed from cone to cone, did 5 Derkens and wheel barrowed back.  Everyone did this twice.

Moseying over to the corner of Front and Craven, we then did some Red Light Green Light on the Craven-Pollock-Middle-Front circuit for a total of 5 sets.  During green light, Pax ran briskly, yellow light was a sprint and red light was some other exercise: lunge walk, frog jump, lunge walk, frog jump, bear crawl.  We did 10 Burpees OYO after 2 of the sets and 20 Merkens OYO after the other 3.

We then moseyed back to the Gazebo for 1 more set of pull-ups AMRAP, then did some Mary: American Hammer x 10 IC, Freddie Mercury x 10 IC, LBC’s x 50 SC, Plankjacks x 20 IC, American Hammer x 10 IC.

After counting and names, we welcomed Cotter to the group.
