13 men posted in the gloom to start the week with a little running. After fumbling through a brief warm up and stretches, we ran. 15 minutes out towards Cottle Park, then 15 Burpees and run back to the club parking lot. Between 3 and 4 miles covered, I think it was 4 if you made it to the park in the 15 minutes allowed. I didn’t make it, so I wouldn’t know. 3.58 on my watch.
