The Thang:

Pair up, grab ruck sacks, and mosey to the Side Entrance followed by 20 dips and 20 erkins.

Mosey to the track for alternating paired workout (pass the ruck after each paired exercise with non-ruck exercise performed until six is in): 20 overhead presses x full depth squats, 20 ruck rows x shoulder taps, 10 front ruck raise x bridge, 20 ruck twists x low hop squat,  x 10 ruck clean and press x big boy sit ups

Run and lap with rucks and repeat partnered workout

Mosey to the pull up bar for paired pull ups x Rucker’s choice,  players’ choice of previous exercises while waiting for pull up bar

Mosey to rear steps for paired exercise: Cuddy calf raises with ruck x hop squats until six is in

Mosey to side steps for  partnered 10 hanging row x ruck curls
