A Pax of 12 posted in the gloom to exercise their 2nd amendment right to bare arms. Skipping the usual warm up we started with a mosey to the tennis courts for brief stretching before continuing on to the shelter at #15 for 15 wide grip pull-ups, 25 merkins, 15 reverse grip chin-ups, 25 werkins, 15 close grip pull-ups, 25 ranger merkins, 40 air presses, 25 derkins, 25 diamond merkins and 20 Dive Bomber push ups.
Rinse and repeat
Mosey to the tennis courts for warm-down then back to the parking lot for Mary.
The pax is ready now to break out the F3 wife-beater t’s for hurricane clean-up.
