Ran the front nine adding a new exercise on top of all previous ones each time, culminating at 9 with 5 Burpees, 10 Iron Mikes, 15 Merkins, 20 Squats, 25 Imperial Walkers, 30 Alternating Shoulder Taps, 35 Dollies, 40 Mountain Climbers, 45 LBCs. A few rounds of plyos, some yoga, and a BH lap to run out the clock.
