A Pax of 7 claimed victory over the Fartsack this morning and posted to Bushwood. Peeping Tom led the procession underneath the clubhouse for the Gathering and Hard Start @ 0530 sharp. YHC welcomed the Pax with the Mission Statement and Disclaimer.

Close with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama and Lord’s Prayer. No announcements, although there was a brief bit of mumble chatter regarding McRib and Mr. Roboto — wondering if they are doing Stay-At-Home Virtual Workouts in preparation for Sasquatch.
Idea was to work chest, quads/glutes, triceps, shoulders, abs in a rotating fashion in an effort to get in multiple reps per muscle group (5 exercises, 20 reps … 5/20 Get it?) This workout started out easy enough, but the progression of sets started to take its toll. Heavy breathing, grunting, etc. emanated from YHC, who contracted a case of the spaghetti arms once the workout was over. Unsure if any of the other Pax were as adversely effected. Not a bad way to start the day … might require a nap later, though.
