The Point – B.O.M.B.S.

8 men gathered on this overcast morning at Union Point. With the gazebo still closed we formed our circle in the grass outside.

Moseyed (Long Way) to convention center overflow parking lot for B.O.M.B.S.
50 – Burpees
100 – Overhead Claps (Gratitude to Unicorn for correcting my form)
150 – Merkins
200 – Big Boi Sit Ups
250 – Squats

We then did 3 sprints and 20 Merkins before making our way back to the waterfront (Long Way) in front of the gazebo. There we did 25 Ballerina Squats followed by 75 Calf Raises.
