With no Q on the schedule, last pax to show was given the title of QIC.  Having no planned workout, I improvised and will do my best to recall workout.

Warm-A-Rama: SSH x 20 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Imperial Walkers x 10 IC, Sun Gods, Sobriety Style x 10 IC-F&R, Burpees x 5 OYO

Mosey to steps in front of school for Merkins x 10 each step, Calf Jumps x 10 each step, plank x 10 count per pax each step, Bulgarian split squat x 10 each leg.

Mosey to practice field for Burpees x 5 OYO, 11s with Ranger Merkins and American Hammers, lunge walk 15 yards and Bear Crawl back,  Crab Walk 15 yards, Wide Merkins x 15 SC (Q forgot stated reps of 10 to Pax)  Reverse Crab Walk back, Wide Merkins x 10, Lt Dan 15 yards, Nolan Ryans x 10 IC each side, Lt Dan back.

Mosey to track for a Goose inspired modified mini-Murph: 3 pull-ups, 7 Merkins, 10 squats, jog to opposite goal post, repeat x 8 to complete a quarter modified Murph.

Mosey to covered area for Calf Raises x 50 OYO, Elevated Pickle Pointers x 20 SC, Box Jumps x 10 OYO, Derkins x 15 SC, Irking x 15 SC, Dips x 20 SC, People’s Chair 10 count per pax, BTTW 10 count per pax.

Mosey to parking lot for Mary: Crunchy Frog x 12 IC, LBC x 40 SC, Winthorpe led new gut busting 007s, count-and name-a-rama and YHC closed in prayer.
