No Joke

Warm up with SSH, Sun gods, Windmills and Leg Stretches.  Then Bill Murray (repeating 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 Big Boy Sit-ups, 10 Burpees) at opposite ends of the covered area with Bearpees (10 bear crawl strides:1 burpee) in between ends.  Counted, named, prayed.
