10 at the Fartlek Monday morning for a change of pace, some tough leg work but easy moseys. Mountain Climbers to warm up followed by Plyos: AMRAP in half lot for each, High Knees, Buttkicks, Carioca, High Overs.
We ran three different tracks, multiple trips for each:
- Down Hole 1, back up 9 stopping at employee lot for 25 heel-elevated squats on curbs. Continue toward basement and lunge down ramp, up stairs with both feet on each step, 15 jump squats
- 10 barrel jumps near speed bump, mosey to club entrance, progressive sprint back
- From base of hill, 20 Iron Mikes, sprint up hill, mosey to ramp, broad jump up ramp, mosey down 18 path to bridge and along shoreline back to base of hill
Light stretching and pleasantries to finish
