The Thang:
Since today is 2/14, we did two sets of 14s.(105 total reps each exercise)
First Set: Jump Squats and Tabletops
Partner work: Wheelbarrow shrugs x 28 (2×14=28–get it?); Leg toss x 28; Buddy drag/combat casualty rescue
Second Set: Lunges and Plank up/downs
Mary:
One-legged air humpers x 14 each leg; V-ups x 28; Heels-to-heavens (aka reverse crunches) x 14; American hammers 4CIC x 14
