Four brave men showed up this morning. Perhaps others needed some recovery from the strong showing at Gander’s Q the day before. Regardless, we trucked on.

  • Balls to the Wall x 54 seconds
  • Ollie Norths (Buddy drag approx 30′)
  • Walk like an Egyptian (Indian run but the main line holds a lunge–needs some refinement)
  • Lt Dans x 54 (each lunge and squat counted)

  • Low Country crabs x 54
  • Imperial Walkers x 54
  • V-ups x 27
  • ——-one 400m lap at personal best (all four finished under 1:30, Black Dog under 1:18!!)

  • Modified American Hammers (anchor wrists to navel and rotate entire torso)
