(b)LIMP(s)-ing Fartlek

7 men posted on a cool morning, with a surprise Q.  With no FNG’s, we jumped right in with:

Warmarama: 20 Side Straddle Hops IC; 5 Burpees for a late arrival; 15 Imperial Walkers IC; Downward dog calf stretches; various leg stretches

Thang: Ran to entrance of driveway; 5 Burpees; Ran to Camelia, 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges each leg; Ran to office, 5 B, 10 L, 15 Imperial Walkers; 2 Burpees for the cars that had passed us; ran to entrance to Bellefern, 5 B, 10 L, 15 IW, 20 Merkins, 3 Burpees; ran to Meadows Park, 5 B, 10 L, 15 IW, 20 M, 25 Plank Jacks.  A very early school bus acted like a cemetery in Cow Poker, so no Burpees; ran to CCRd, 5 B, 10 L, 15 IW, 20 M, 25 PJ, 30 Squats; ran home, out of time but 3 Burpees for the cars after the school bus.

Don’t forget the bridge run.  Pleasure to lead.
