38 Special

As of tomorrow, I’ll be on this earth 38 years. With some help from F3, I plan to be around at least another 38 more.  Today, I led our Bushwood w/o and pax for a minor gloomy beatdown. After jumping around to warm up and whining about the 34 degree weather, we jumped right into it.

Planks, Stretches

Travoltas – right arm x15, left arm x15

Mosey to Tennis Courts

Thang: exercise/suicide sprint combos

first – 8 burpees oyo

38 – two count – jump lunges

38 – merkins

38 Sumo Squats

38 Plank Jacks – 4 count

Rinse and repeat all 4 exercises

3 burpees oyo

Balls to the wall/ Peoples Chair – 2 sets

8 burpees oyo

Mosey to Flower Bed

Irkens, Dirkens, Dips, Calf Raises

 

Mary:

Dry Docks x15

Freddie Mercuries x15

Low SLow Flutters x15

LBCs – straight, right oblique, left oblique – 15 each

Heel Touches x 15

Boat/Canoe x 5 reps with a long hold at end

Namarama

Ended in prayer
