Kick Off to Memorial Day Weekend

We then moseyed to the front of the convention centers for a raccoon walk starting at the high end. Those waiting to mount held plank in the same fashion as those that were in the front and finished earlier. We then Moseyed to the back of convention center where we split into teams for partner sets. In recognition of the upcoming Memorial Day we did two sets of 160 exercises in remembrance of the approximate 160,000 allied troop that participated in D-Day almost 75 years ago. The first set of exercises consisted of 80 Merkins and 80 Sumo Squats (alternating after 20 reps until the team reached 160 total exercises) followed by each team doing 80 Dips and 80 Toddler Squats.
We then moseyed back to Union Point Park where we lined up along the river front walkway to watch the sun rise and see some wildlife while doing 75 Calf Raises. We then formed a line and

We then Moseyed back to the river front walkway for 75 more calf raises.
