The Point Backblast

A lucky 13 gathered this morning for The Point.  We started off with a quick lap, then went right into:

SSH x 10 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Sun Gods x 10 IC, Windmills x 10 IC, Michael Phelps x 10 IC.

After another quick lap, we got down to business.  After pairing up, Partner 1 did pull-ups AMRAP followed by 20 Merkens (style of his choice).  Partner 2 did Star Jacks.  Each Partner did 3 sets.

Then, Partner 1 did pull-ups AMRAP followed by 15 Carolina Dry Docks.  Partner 2 did Mountain Climbers.  Each Partner did 3 sets.

We moseyed on over to the wall in front of the Convention Center, where we did Aiken Legs: 20 squats, 20 box jumps, 20 lunges, 20 split jacks (iron mikes).

We then ran down Front Street to the light and back, followed by a Raccoon Crawl.  This was repeated so that everyone did 2 runs and 2 Crawls.

We then completed another set of Aiken Legs and moseyed back to the Gazebo.

There were still a few minutes, so we did 8 Body Builders OYO: Burpee, only when in plank you do 4 Merkens followed by 4 plankjacks.

There was time for a little Mary: 40 LBC’s single count and 20 low-slow flutter IC.
