8 men showed up to honor Santa’s 8 Reindeer. We headed over to Garber where we ran loops around the Mistry Center parking lot and Sanctuary building x4 and Ministry center parking lot x3 stopping 8 times to do descending numbers of the following exercises:
Ranger merkins
Up downs
Diamond merkins
Outlaws
Low country crabs
Plank jacks
Hand release merkins
Rudolph (band with blinking red light on cone) showed up at the end of each loop asking for 5 burpees.
Ran back to NBGCC for count, names, announcement (Merry Christmas!) and prayer.
