15 brave men came out for a steamy Fartlek this morning on your QIC’s home street, West Fairway.

The Thang
We took “Route 55” to the cul-de-sac at the end of West Fairway Drive. We ran together, stopping at each street light to do Burpees. Starting at 1 Burpee at the 1st light, we reached the 10th light, where we did 10 Burpees, for a grand total of 55 Burpees (Note: It was supposed to be 11 lights for a total of 66 Burpees- “Route 66,” but Q missed a light. Sorry about that).
We then ran the length of West Fairway x 3, stopping at the end for exercise(s).
1st Lap: 20 Merkens single count
2nd Lap: 20 Merkens, 20 groiners
3rd lap: 20 Merkens, 20 groiners, 20 jump squats
Indian Run back to NBGCC parking lot, with All You Got run once turned in to NBGCC drive, plank jacks while waiting for the 6.
