10 men wanted to recruit more fast-twitch muscle fibers and pay respect to the fallen on a humid morning but absent of rain. We jogged to Garber parking lot to get started with some extended length plyometrics:

We formed a line and the man up front sprinted the long lap around the Garber parking lot while the rest of the line did:

We stayed in line and each man completed three, forty-yard sprints followed by stretching and a jog back to the parking lot.
