A Pax of 13 gathered in much better conditions than predicted at Bushwood to tackle a workout titled “C”. YHC offers apologies to the Pax for commenting “good” after noticing that there were no FNG’s. Obviously FNG’s are needed and welcomed however YHC was anxious to begin the workout. For Warm-o-rama we had:
Cotton Pickers IC x10; Mt. Climbers IC x10, SSH’s IC x10, Imperial Walkers IC x10 and Burpees OYO x10 followed by a Blue Hawaiian Lap and then back down to the base of 18 for The Thang. It had been YHC’s plan to keep the workout shrouded in mystery until later but leave it to Unicorn to quickly decipher after the 10 OYO Burpees that my “C” was the Roman Numeral for 100 and that we were doing 100 Burpees. Clever one that Unicorn is.
The Thang:
Backpedal up the hill and run back x 2 followed by 10 burpees (20) OYO ; Repeato (30)
Lunge up the hill and run back x 2 followed by 10 burpees (40) OYO; Repeato (50)
Take a Blue Hawaiian Lap-then 20 Dips and 75 Calf Raises under the shelter-back to the hill
Bear Crawl up the hill and run back followed by 10 burpees (60) OYO; Repeato (70)
Option of Bear Crawl or Army Crawl up the hill and run back followed by 10 burpees (80)
As no one took the Army Crawl option-Dragon Crawl up the hill and run back followed by 10 burpees (90)
Take a Blue Hawaiian Lap-then 20 Dips, 75 Calf Raises and 5 Burpees (95) followed by Balls to the Wall for a down the line 10 count
Take an extended Blue Hawaiian Lap back to the Employee Lot for Mary:
Monkey Humper’s IC x15, Dying Coachroach x45, Low Slow Flutter x15, and 5 Burpees (100)
