The Thang
Global Warming: easing into the thang, we kept the circle and shuffled around holding Al Gore. Q called out exercises: 5 Burpees OYO, 15 Bobby Hurleys, 12 Merkens, 12 Plank Jacks, 12 Werkens, 12 Ranger Merkens. In between exercises Pax shuffled around holding Al Gore. Thoroughly warmed up, we transitioned to
Field of Dreams: Pax counted off by 4’s and went to 4 cones arranged in a diamond. 1’s went to first Base and did Squats AMRAP, 2’s went to 2nd base and did Merkens AMRAP, 3’s to 3rd for LBC’s AMRAP, 4’s went to home plate and did 15 burpees. Once the Burpees were done at home plate, 4’s advanced to next base and everyone else advanced as well. Pax rounded the bases twice. Then Pax did two more rounds with Star Jacks, Carolina Dry Docks, WWI’s and 10 Burpees as the exercises. We then moved on to the wall where we did
Aiken Legs: 20 squats, 20 box jumps, 20 lunges, 20 split jacks, 20 calf raises. Rinse and Repeat. Then we had time for a little
