We moseyed to the parking lot at the Garber Ministry center for BLIMPS.
We exercised at each of the 4 corners and ran in between. The exercises were as follows:
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
30 Imperial Walkers
20 Plank Jacks
We moseyed back to the planters at the club by way of the 18th for 20 Dips, Irkins, & Derkins before making our way back to the parking lot.
