10 Men plus QIC where present for the Monday Fartlek. It went like this;

Mosey to Garber Ministry Center Parking / Outdoor Sanctuary
- Side Straddle Hops – 20 Each 4 count IC
- Mountain Climbers – 20 Each 4 Count IC
- Abe Vigodas – 20 Each 4 Count IC
- Stretch – Various OYO
Thang I
Catch Me If You Can
- Partner A Running Backwards
- Partner B – 3 Each Burpees, chase down Partner A Flap Jack
We did four laps, that was about right
Thang II
Parking Lot Laps w/ exercise progressions;
- 10 Burbpees, 10 Squats, 10 Merkins, run lap
- 9 Burbpees, 9 Squats, 9 Merkins, run lap
- As Kevorkian pointed out partners not required per QIC’s instructions. It was Monday morning.
So and and so forth down to one. That was about right or was it?
Mosey back to Bushwood parking lot giving it all you go from the entrance.

- 10 Burpees for good measure (making sure we covered at least 60 total for the day)
- 100’s to round out the workout
