Mosey to planter. 5 Elevated Squat Calf Raises IC SC. 50 Calf Raises OYO, 21 Dips IC SC. We moseyed to the parking lot at the Garber Ministry. We did the following exercises at the mid-point of each side and ran in between. The exercises were as follows:
10 Burpies
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
25 Imperial Walkers (+10)
10 Merkins
20 Plank Jacks
25 Squats
We moseyed back to the planters at the club for 5 Elevated Squat Calf Raises +50 Calf Raises OYO, 21 Dips IC SC before making our way back to the parking lot. Being short on time we skipped mary.
