Warm-o-rama:
-SSH 4CIC x 20, High knees, Butt kickers, light jog
The Thang:
-80% max run from the speed bump to the entrance followed by 20% return jog.
-Repeat for a total of 5 laps.
-HIIT: 15 sec of exercise followed by 45 sec of rest (20/40 for second two sets) x 3 total sets
-Burpees; Jump Squats; Mountain Climbers; Derkins; High Knees
-One more 80/20 lap
