Cooldown Backblast

We had 19 for a chilly start to a Wednesday.  After a quick lap, we did SSH x 10 IC, Mountain Climbers x 10 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Imperial Walkers x 10 IC, then Merkens x 10 Tempo.

After moseying to the tennis courts, we paired up and complete the following exercise sets:

Round 1: Partner 1 suicide, Partner 2 10 Merkens/10 Shoulder Taps/10 Merkens/… Rinse and Repeat x 3. LBC’s for the 6

Round 2: Partner 1 Bear Crawl Down, Backwards Run Back, Partner 2 5 Burpees/15 Plankjacks/5/15/… Rinse and Repeat x 3. Squats for the 6

Round 3: Partner 1 Crabwalk Down, Mosey back, Partner 2 10 Mountain Climbers/10 Squat jumps.  Rinse and Repeat x 3.  Plank for the 6

Round 4: Partner 1 San Antonio Shuffle Down (Lunge, Lunge, Burpee, Plankjack, mosey back), Partner 2 10 Imperial Walkers/10 Crabcakes,… Rinse and Repeat x 3.  Travolta for the 6.

Round 5: Rinse and repeat Round 1

We then moseyed back over to NBGCC, where we did Freddie Mercuries x 20 IC, LBC’s x 30, and Freddie Mercuries x 15 IC.
