We moseyed to the parking lot at the Garber Ministry center for Hindenburg BLIMPS w/Modification.
We exercised at each of the 4 corners and ran in between. The exercises were as follows:
10 Burpies
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
30 Imperial Walkers
10 Merkins
20 Plank Jacks + 53 Calf Raises
30 Squats + 53 Calf Raises
We moseyed back to the planters at the club for 25 Dips IC before making our way back to the parking lot.
