The Fartlek

6 men gathered on this post super bowl morning to start their week with some running and a few exercises. With no FNG and mumble chatter about the game and especially the halftime show we started right away with….

Sun Gods (Sobriety Style) x 10 IC (Forward and Back)
Windmills x 10 IC 4CT
Sprinklers x 10 IC 4CT
Hillbillies x 10 IC 4CT
Quad and Pidgeon Stretches OYO
Downward Dog Calf Stretches

Thang
Moseyed to area behind Garber’s Ministry Center for 15 Derkins, Squats, Dips, & Irkins. We then ran to Unicorn’s abode where we did 10 Burpees. At the intersection w/ Country Club we did 20 Squats, before proceeding to the park with alternating speeds between each of the light posts. At Meadow’s Park we did the following Exercises…

• High Knees Down, Butt Kickers Return.
• Lt. Dan Down, Mosey Back.
• High Knees Down, Butt Kickers Return.
• Lunge Down, Mosey Back
• Walk Like an Egyptian to Road (Courtesy of Double Dipper’s Saturday Q)

We then did an Indian Run to Garber Ministry Center for 15 Derkins, Squats, Dips, & Irkins before returning to the club parking lot for 75 Calf Raises.
