10 men showed up to start there week off right. We jumped right in with a Blue Hawaiian Lap followed by SSHx20 and downward dog calf stretches.
The Thang
Lined up in club parking lot for some speed work. Sprint length of parking lot and alternated merkins & squats down from 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
Indian Run to Garber Parking Lot for 4 corners.
Lap 1: Run to 1st corner 5 Merkins, Sprint to 2nd corner 5 merkins, Run to 3rd corner 5 merkins, Sprint to start.
Lap 2: Run to 1st corner 5 Burpees, Sprint to 2nd corner 5 Burpees, Run to 3rd corner 5 Burpees, Sprint to start.
Lap 3: Alternating Leg Lunges X 20 at each corner.
The Pax were breathing heavy but we pushed forward. Indian Run to Meadows Park where we circled around back to Garber. We had time for one last 4 corner workout.
Lap 4: Run to 1st corner 5 Merkins, Sprint to 2nd corner 5 Burpees, Run to 3rd corner 5 squats, Sprint to start.
Mosey back to club parking lot where we were out of time. No Announcements so QIC led us in a quick prayer.
