On Your Mark… Fartlek Backblast

9 gathered this morning for some running.

We started with a Blue Hawaiian Lap, followed by Sun Gods x 10 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Side Straddle Hops x 10 IC.  Then we did another Blue Hawaiian Lap, followed by Imperial Walkers x 10 IC, Windmills x 10 IC, calf stretches and 10 Burpees OYO.

From the parking lot we set out for a Burpee Mile.  Each 1/4 mile, we stopped, came back for the 6 and did 10 Burpees.  We ended up at Garber Parking lot, where we did AMRAP:

Sprint the length of parking lot, 15 Merkens, then mosey all the way around the parking lot.

Moseying back to NBGCC, we did Freddy Mercuries x 20 IC, Boxcutters x 20 IC, and our time was up.

50 Burpees, # laps x 15 Merkens, and 3-3.5 miles, depending on how many laps were completed.
