Ring-a-Round the Golf Course

19 men posted this “muggy” Monday morning to get their week started off right.  With one FNG, we went through the mission statement and got moving.

The Thang:

Hawaiian Lap to the 18th green.  The goal today was to run the entire golf course stopping at each green to perform that number of exercises:

#18:  SSH’s     #17:  Ranger Merkin’s      #16:  Alternating Leg Lunges    #15:   Carolina Dry Docks

#14:  LBC’s    #13:  Shoulder Taps (3 count)    #12:  Imperial Walkers     #11:  Regular Merkin’s

#10:  Burpee’s (pax pleaser)    #9: SSH’s    #8:  Ranger Merkin’s   #7:  Alternating Leg Lunges

#6:  LBC’s w/ 6 Burpee’s       #5:  Merkin’s

Time was running out so we moved down holes 4, 3 quick stop at 2 for more Burpees before heading back to the parking lot.

Mary:

Out of time!  John was our (FNG) and after a quick discussion, Tick Bite was born.

QIC finished up with a quick prayer.
