12 men posted on a chilly morning to get their week started off right. We jumped right in………
Warm A Rama:
Cotton Pickers x 15 ; Downward Dog Calf Stretches
Mosey to Garber parking lot and partner up for some lap work.
Partner A: 2 laps around the lot while Partner B does SSH. Switch!
Partner A: 2 laps around the lot while Partner B does Burpees w/ a Plank Jack. Switch!
Mosey to Meadows Park for some Pull up action.
Partner A: Pull Ups until exhaustion while Partner B does alternating lunges. Switch until 30 pull ups were completed by your team.
Now we were warmed up………….
Indian Run from Meadows Park past the Garber Sanctuary where QIC was hoping to get some speed work in, no time. Continue Indian run to Club entrance where the Pax gave it everything they had to the parking lot!
