A pax of 5 posted this beautiful morning to get their week started right – avoiding pull-ups! No FNGs, so we got started.

To avoid pull-ups, we got away from the gazebo and started a trek around downtown. At different locations, we stopped to do the following:

  • Lt. Dan across the pedestrian bridge
  • Ballerina Squats behind the Convention Center
  • Duck Walk across an intersection
  • Cuddy Mountain to 25 up City Hall
  • LSF & Box Cutters with Rucks held high in a random intersection
  • Duck Walk across another intersection
  • Lt. Dan across another intersection
  • Ruck up Mt. SkySail; Backwards Ruck down Mt. SkySail
  • Ballerina Squats behind the Convention Center
