Warm-o-rama: SSH 4CIC x 15, Sun-gods, High-knees, Butt-Kickers, Karaokes, Blue Hawaiian lap, 20 merkins, 20 squats, etc.
The Thang: 50% sprint halfway down club entrance drive, jog back, 3 burpees; 70% sprint, jog, 5 burpees; 90% sprint, jog, 7 burpees; run to Office Park, 10 merkins, 20 squats, 30 4C bicycle kicks; run to police/fire department and back to Office Park, 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 4C bicycle kicks; run to the Country Club.
Out of time, we counted, named, and prayed.
