A High Impact Low-Impact Workout

14 men posted on this humid August morning for a high impact low-impact workout. (No jumping, hopping, skipping or burpees. Running optional.)

Warm-O-Rama:
1. Sun Gods IC x 10 x 10
2. Abe Vigoda’s IC x 10
3. Carrot Pickers 1C X 10
4. Imperial Walkers IC x 20
5. Downward Dog

The Thang:
1. 11’s (Wide Merkins and Diamond Merkins, with a Bear Crawl/Lunge Walk separator, approximately 15 yard distance)
2. Plank 120 seconds -or- one lap around the park (Pax choice)
3. 11’s (Freddy Mercury’s and Crunchy Frogs, with a Lunge Walk separator both ways, approximately 35 yard distance)
4. Plank 120 seconds -or- one lap around the park (Pax choice)
5. 7’s (Pull ups in Gazebo and Dips on park benches, with Mosey separator)

The Mary:
1. Heel touches IC x 20
2. Low Slow Flutter IC x 20
