6 HIMs gathered in the quickly disappearing gloom for yet another installment of hastily planned Qs of YHC. After seeing Pyro’s preblast regarding the hard commit by @F3FlankSteak after his long winter’s sabbatical, I thought, “shoot! I can copy his lead!” No FNGs, so we started.

The Thang

So  we started to run around & do crap. Firsst stop, back of the school for:

  • Wall Sit pax count x 15 ea
  • BTTW pax count x 10 ea
  • Wall Sit pax count x 15 ea

We then moseyed to the LAX field and lined up on the sideline facing the other sideline and prepared for the @F3FlankSteak Escalator Extravaganza. An exercise was called out and performed each time and increasing the count by 3 until we got to the last exercise. After each set, we moseyed to the opposite side of the field. The following exercise were performed as called out in the listed qtys.

  • American Hammers 4CICX3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3,12
  • Tempo Squats 4CICX3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3, 12
  • Leg Raises OMUX3, 6, 9, 12, 9, 6, 3, 12
  • Flying Monkey Humpers 4CICX3, 6, 9, 6, 3, 12
  • Box Cutters 4CICX3, 6, 3, 12
  • LBCs 4CICX3, 12

The final dirty dozen of each was just a bonus for the pax for being speedy & staying on track with the plan.

Mosey back to the school for:

  • Wall Sit pax count x15
  • BTTW with a linear pax count x10 (pax #1 counts 1, pax #2 counts 1, pax #3 counts 1, etc. until the last pax counts 1, then 2 and it comes back down the line – making the pax think while upside down)

We then moseyed back to the traffic circle for Curb Climbers 4CICX10 and then tempo micro-dips off the curb.

We counted, named & prayed.
