Three men gathered in the temperate, dry, but muggy weather this morning. We chose to fully explore the spaces around the school with exercises that included Cuddy-Calf-Raises, 7s with merkins and squats, some dips, a wall sit, some pull-ups while onlookers held BTTW, some stations around the track that hit core, upper body, and lower body exercises, and some block work under the covered area. We focused on total-body work and varied the exercise difficulty.
