Backblast- A Few of my Favorite Things

A small but game crew showed up this AM to join in a few of my favorite exercises.  Jumping right in, we did a quick Warm-a-Rama:

15 Side Straddle Hops IC

10 Mountain Climbers IC

15 Cotton Pickers IC

10 Sun Gods IC

10 Merkens IC

Quad and Calf Stretches

Circle Burp- high knees with each Pax yelling down and everyone did a Burpee.  Two rounds

We then took off on an Indian Run, down Front, left on Pollock, left on Craven, left on Front and ended up at the Convention Center where we did:

Raccoon Crawl

20 Irkens, 20 squats and 20 Derkens followed by

20 Irkens, 20 Lunges and 20 Derkens.

We then ran to back of Convention Center and partnered up.  1st Partner did exercise while 2nd did a lap, or to front of Convention Center and back.  Exercises were:

5 pull-ups, 10 Monkey Humpers, Rinse and Repeat AMRAP

5 Burpees, 10 LBC’s, Rinse and Repeat AMRAP

10 Plank Jacks, 10 Mountain Climbers, Rinse and Repeat AMRAP

5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkens, Rinse and Repeat AMRAP

Quick Indian Run back to the Gazebo, 10 Burpees OYO, and we were out of time.
