A group of 16 men gathered in the gloom for some running and a little extra that they were not yet privvy to. The mumblechatter was strong as we gathered and golf was the subject of choice for many. A one minute warning was given (that Morning actually got to hear this time) as the Pax moved to circle up in the center of the usual lot. Intro moved straight to:
- Imperial Walkers x15 IC
- Oz Pigeon Stretches 2 count, out loud, x11 or so.
- Winthorpe Downward Dog Calf Stretches OYO
- Windmills x10 IC
Power Walk Mosey to the hole 9 tee box for
From the number 9 tee, down to take a left on Camelia, right on Tenella (Tenella, guys… Tenella), right on Hillcrest, up the “hill,” right back on to Country Club and back to the beacon of light is pretty darn close to 1 mile. Pax were to complete the loop and collect back on the cart path at the 9th tee for BLIMPS while waiting on the six.
- Burpees x5
- Lunges x10 each leg
- Imperial Walkers x15 (2ct)
- Merkins x20
- Plank Jacks x25
- Squats x30
Once the six got in, Pax were to remember where they were in the BLIMPS cycle so they could resume from that point after completing the next lap. 10 count to give all a moment to catch breath and then rinse repeat.
Pax were able to complete 3 laps for a total of 3 miles. Tack on the mosey from the lot to the tee box and then the fast mosey back to the lot and a 5k was run. Good job men.
