Purty Legs

13 young men showed up in the beautiful 58 degree weather to do some leg work this morning.

We began with two laps around the parking lot, golf cart parking and up the stairs with 15 side straddle hops in cadence after each lap, then finished up the Warm-a-Rama with 10 Sun Gods IC front and back, 15 Cotton Pickers IC, 15 Mountain Climbers IC, Downward Dog.

The Thang started off in the parking lot with 4 cones.  Pax did 10 Squat Jumps at first cone, frog jumps to 2nd cone, 10 squat jumps, lunges to 3rd cone, 10 squat jumps, frog jumps to 4th cone, 10 squat jumps, then lunges back to first cone.  We repeated this circuit 3 times with 10 Split Jacks at each cone, then 10 Monkey Squats at each, then 10 mountain climbers at each.  Frog jumps and lunges were the same for each circuit.

With legs burning, we headed to The Hill behind the clubhouse and paired up for a little Burpback Mountain.  One partner ran backward up the hill then forward down, for three total up and backs while the other partner did burpees.  Then the switch was made for a total of 75 burpees.

We finished up with some Mary in the Parking Lot Bruce Lee style: 20 Hammers IC, 20 Leg Lifts, 20 LBC’s, 20 Heel Touches IC, 20 Crunchy Frogs, and a set of 100’s.
