Rainy Rack and Stack at Bushwood

*** PURSUIT OF HOPPYNESS – TONIGHT at BROWN PELICAN – 5:30 ***

11 men “Batmaned” the fartsack and shed the rain to put in some hard work in the dimly lit parking lot of New Bern Golf and Country Club. Here’s how it went down.

Meeting back at the parking blocks at the near end of the employee lot, it was time for some Rack and Stack.

Bear crawling OYO between the ends of each parking space, lengthwise through the full lot, the Pax stopped at each parking space end to perform the first exercise, then moved on to the next stop to add the next exercise to the previous exercise(s), and so on.

  • Freddie Mercuries x10 (2 ct) – total of 60
  • Merkins x10 – total of 50
  • Mountain Climbers x10 (2 ct) – total of 40
  • Spider Merkins x10 – total of 30
  • Dying Cockroaches x10 – total of 20
  • Crab Cakes x10 – total of 10

Next up was the same routine but with Lunge Walks between stops with the following exercises.

  • Sumo Squats x10 – total of 40
  • WWIs x10 – total of 30

  • Crab Cakes x10 – total of 10

Post mosey meet up at the brick wall between holes 18 and 10 for

  • Dips x20 IC
  • Dips x15 IC
  • Tempo Merkins x10 IC

Change of location to the parking blocks along the tournament board clearing for

  • “MC Rock Burps” x10 OYO
    (4 ct Rocky Balboas on the block, drop down burpee style to hands on the block for 2 Irkins, then 4 ct Mountain Climbers, and then a hop back up to complete the Burpee. That’s one.)

Mosey under the clubhouse for:

  • Mule Kicks x5 plus 5 count BTTW courtesy of Gypsy.
  • Mule Kicks x10 plus 10 count BTTW courtesy of McRib.
  • Mule Kicks x5 plus 5 count BTTW courtesy of Conrad Murray.
  • Squats x20 followed by Wall Sits for 5 count  down the line.
