The Point BB – only 6 days late

Here’s what we did last week, a workout YHC felt for at least 5 days after.  Sorry about the late back blast (is this a record?), this is what happens when you type your workout in Word and completely forget to paste into the site.  Thanks for the reminder Roboto.   A strong PAX of 16 celebrated 100 years of the Shrine being a part of our beautiful town.

Warm – O Rama

  • 5 Burpees OYO
  • SSH X 10 IC
  • Large Jump Rope X 10 IC
  • Downward dog calf stretches into…
  • Vajrasana Yogo w/ Sun Gods IC F/R
  • 5 Burpees OYO

Indian Run down to Shrine Temple for……

THANG…..

  • 20 Sumo Squats, 20 Jump Squats, 20 Toddler Squats, Lunge Walk to far end of parking lot (20 each leg) = 100
  • 10 Merkins (double count) IC, 30 second break, then 10 Merkins (double count)

Rinse Repeat X 5, which did not exactly happen.  YHC had to modify (or moderate) at the 3rd round with LBCs mixed in.  I don’t believe the 5th round happened at all, as YHC couldn’t feel legs or arms.  We finished with 100 calf raises on the curb, then Indian Run to convention center for Moser Wall Raccoon Crawl, back to the flagpole area for….

YHC closed in prayer, and then Pete and Nikki’s (with improved, speedier service) was dominated by a handful of the PAX.  This one also looked good on paper, but a smidge too aggressive – we’ll try again in a few weeks.
