We did an Indian Run to the Sudan Shriner’s parking lot where we chose partners. Partner A did as many exercises as possible while Partner B Sprints to cone 1, 1 Burpee & Return, Sprint to cone 2, 2 Burpees & Return, Sprint to Cone 3, 3 Burbee & Return. Flapjack (AKA Pancake if you are not yet fully awake :-)) until team reached 100 Merkins, 200 WWIIs, and 300 Squats.) We then did Lt. Dan to the far end, 20 Merkins, return Lunge, 20 Merkins. Upon completion we noticed two spectators who had not recently awoken and inquired if we were marines and for what we were preparing. I informed them that we were not marines and Pyro chimed in that we were preparing for life. Several invited them to join and provided the time and place, but I am skeptical we will see them post. We then moseyed back to the gazebo where we found an sloped piece of concrete which proved perfect perch to do some calf raises while looking over the water for the first signs of light. We Moseyed to the track but stopped at some benches where we did 20 Dips, 10 Box Jumps, and 20 Irkins. Once at the track we did 20 Merkins and ran a Lap, then repeated.
We then did a series of exercise followed by a 100 yard sprint. The exercises were 30 squats, 20 WWIs, 20 Merkins, 30 Sumo Squats, 20 American Hammers, 20 Ranger Merkins, 20 Toddler Squats, 30 LBS, 20 Wide Merkins. After we finished the sprints, we did 20 Merkins, ran a Lap, then repeated for a complete mile.
We then Moseyed to the other side of the school where we found some steps to do 75 calf raises. We then made our way to the boxes where we did 20 Dips, 15 Box Jumps, 20 Irkins, 20 Dips, 15 Box Jumps, & 20 Derkins. We then did 50 more calf raises before Moseying to the front.

We moseyed to Garber parking lot that would suffice for our track and divided into two teams. One group went to the right and the other the left. We completed 4 laps and alternated between Dips x 25 IC and Dirkins x 25 IC at the start of each one. We then lined up at the end of the parking lot for some sprints (about 80 yards each) followed by an exercise. We completed 10 sprints and followed by 25 reps of the following exercises (Squats, Merkins, WWI’s, Sumo Squats, Wide Merkins, WWIs, Ranger Merkins, Toddler Squats, and LBCs).  Oz appeared to finish first in most of the sprints, but Lil’ Wayne and 2 Fingers gave him some competition.
After the last race we did 75 calf raises. We then did two more laps around the parking followed by Dips x 25 IC and Irkins x 25 IC. We finished with 75 more calf raises before moseying back to the club parking lot.

Indian run to the traffic circle where cones had been placed in a circle 25 yards from the center. The exercise entailed partner A running to center cone and doing 10 SSH (4CT) before trading places with his partner who was doing the exercise. The partners alternated in this fashion until each team reached the number of reps below.

When the teams were done they were instructed to run laps around the circle or join another team to help them finish. When everyone was finished we then Moseyed back to the park.
