Mosey to track – 4 Laps with 15 IC Merkins after completing each lap
We then selected partners where each team had to complete the total number of exercises:
Shoulder Presses – 50 (Alternate with partner holding legs)
Merkins – 100 (Alternate with partner running to 30-yard line and back)
Big Boy Sit – 200 (Modified to 150) (Alternate with partner running to 30-yard line and back)
Squats – 250 (Modified to 200) (Alternate with partner running to 30-yard line and back)
YHC spotted some barrels at the end of the field and decided a race was in order for those teams waiting on the 6.
